The only outtake for the Joshua Tree I've found so far is called My Time Hasn't Come. Sounds a little raw but you can hear Bono checking his tunning and an engineer at the end of the take. Here you go:

Hmm, I guess it really comes down to what you consider an outake or a demo.
People Get Ready, Southern Man, Jesus Christ and Springhill Mining Disaster are all U2 covering other artists work for use in their live show or for a compilation album. So I wouldnt count those as demos and I'm not sure those are an outakes either.
I'm still skeptical on the whole Joshua Tree demo snippets that supposedly came from a mail courier. I think they are U2 but to me they sound like souncheck jams and not studio work.
My Time Hasnt Come was recorded after JT was out, so its not a JT demo, I guess it could be considered a Rattle and Hum demo though.
Just my 2 cents.

Rest of the songs are covers indeed. Demo of Sweetest Thing is interesting though. Anyone who can confirm that My Time Hasn´t Come is a JT Demo?
