  Webmaster
A webmaster is the person responsible for designing, developing, marketing, or maintaining a website. In U2start's case it means that the webmaster is the owner of the website and responsible for the lay-out, the system and the site content.

  Site manager
A site manager is the person next to the webmaster responsible for the content of the website, the bootlegs, forums etc.

  Crew members
Crew members are mainly responsible for the forums but will also put some time in the various other departments of this website. Some crew members are specialised in certain departments of the website like bootlegs and photos and will put more time in this than other crew members.
